Leaders Forum is a virtual training ground and safe space designed for folks who are first generation, BIPOC, Queer, Gender Non Comforming, and people with disabilities.

As Founder and CEO of Hella Social Impact, Lynn is focused on helping businesses show up for racial justice authentically and impactfully. She believes her main job is to help today’s leaders access the courage and imagination needed to reshape our economy for the good of all people.
Niki Khoshzamir

As Founder and CEO of PracticePro, Niki leads all business and legal aspects of the company including corporate governance, IP portfolio, product development, and strategic partnerships.
Niki currently serves on the national advisory board of the Iranian American Bar Association (IABA), and is the former president of the Northern California Chapter. She also serves on the Leadership Council of Advancing Justice – Asian Law Caucus.
Zuhaly Ramón
Founder and CEO,
Dinero Chronicles
Zuhaly is a Dominican- and Puertorican-American strategist, content creator, and financial instructor (in training) dedicated to empowering Latinos through financial literacy.
Her personal experience navigating so many financial landscapes is the foundation for her passion. She created Dinero Chronicles in 2018 to help Latinos embrace their culture, take control of their financial future, and break down the barriers to economic equity.
